Great breakfast made to eat when you want, always lots of food to eat. Room and riad were cleaned well everyday, great staff who’re welcoming, friendly, and help you out in every way needed. Great terasse and having the pool was great on those really hot days.
No signs to indicate where the riad is within the medina... nearly impossible to find without the help of a pre-booked guide. Managed it on my own, but took no less than 2 hours searching the neighboorhood.

What a beautiful riad (though difficult to find) - amazing attention to detail. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff incredibly kind and helpful.

Super nice people. Really feels like home! Breakfast is also really good. You can get it on a Terrasse in the sun. They help you really with everything. Would come back anytime.

What would you highlight about Riad Mon Grigri
This is a beautiful, carefully restored riad, right in the centre of Marrakech. The manager, Houda, together with her team, Mohcine, Nadia and Zahira, went out of their her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They always stopped for a chat and were very happy to give advice on the places we planned to visit. They offered complimentary mint tea whenever we returned from site seeing, which was much appreciated. The lounge is cosy and we enjoyed one evening sitting around the open fire. The breakfasts are delicious and filling and when we took up their offer of a home made meal, the food they prepared was wonderful. Included in the price, Mohcine acts as your guide, whenever needed. If you get lost in the Medina, you can phone and he will come and find you! Which, if you've never been to Marrakech before, is a very useful service!! He also went out of his way to look for great prices for us and gave much helpful advice. His level of english was good and he was really great with our children. They loved their stay here.
The google map address and location is a bit vague. There are two roads with the same name in the Medina and the Riad Lala Jawhara seems to be shown in the other, bigger road. To reach it you have to go down several windy passageways, so the best thing to do is to call the riad and they will come and meet you and guide you there. They are extremely happy to do this.
